1. Permitted Use
BakerKit is provided for the lawful operation of home and small bakery businesses. You may use BakerKit to manage orders, products, recipes, inventory, and customer relationships in connection with legitimate bakery operations.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use BakerKit to:
- Upload, transmit, or store any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to BakerKit's systems, other user accounts, or any connected infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from BakerKit using automated means without our prior written consent.
- Abuse free trial accounts by creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.
- Impersonate BakerKit, its staff, or other users, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use BakerKit to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to any person.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other malicious code into the platform.
- Use BakerKit for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the BakerKit software.
3. Consequences of Violation
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund, at BakerKit's sole discretion. We reserve the right to report violations to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to us at support@bakerkit.app. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
